What Is The Best Twitter Users Scraper?

Hello, can anyone suggest me good Twitter users scraper? Im now using Twitter Follower Scraper, from blackhatoolz.com and even I really love their bots, this does not seem to have such great results for me. I add twitter account which has more than 1 million followers and it only scrapes like 20K accounts, so that is not good enough for me. Thanks for any help guys.
