What is the best software to find you Keywords

Hello all, Im looking to find what the best software is for doing keyword research, something that takes a niche and lists out the best possible keywords to create domains with and lists out there searchs like google adwords word, but more efficient.

I think google adwords is best, check this also SEOmoz Term Extractor, Open Site Explorer, SEMRush.
