I have a site on page 3 that i will love to take to page 1 but sadly i dont have too much to purchase high pr and some other seo services. What is the best software that i can use to create web 2.0 and article directories account and submit to them?

I have tried ultimate demon and FCSnetworker but they performed below expectation.

Why don't you find web 2.0 and articles submission sites manually Instead of finding softwares?. You can find and get good web 2.0 and articles submission sites as I do. I am not using softwares.
