What is the best software for all my marking needs?

That's a strange mix. Spinner and afiiliate links.
The only software I've seen with that are the article spinners themselves that have built in affilaite deals to sell..well..just the article spinner
Pretty certain that you're going to need several pieces of software and - more importantly - some brainpower and learning beforehand.

for spinning, thebestspinner is great. However for a free spinner, spinnerchief works well

Nothing really that encompasses all the different types of marketing (and there shouldn't be..) which form of marketing is going to be your primary?
If it's article, definitely use a spinner or an article writing service (iwriter). If it's article marketing, AMR is pretty good. If it's social media marketing, Pinterest/Facebook - PinPioneer perhaps. And so forth.
