I use Final Cut Pro, Although i love Premiere too.
I bought Movavi Screen Capture Studio v7 back in 2017 and still use this up to now. I f you have i3 or lower pc this is good to use, I edit and compile 10 (4gb) videos and this can handle fine, waiting time to edit is not so long, just a note don't use the latest version if your PC's like mine because is bad unless you edit the smaller amount of videos. You can go for free trial to test their user-friendly interface.

Filmora is by far the most user-friendly video editing software on the market. I am not saying it´s the best (not by a long shot) but it is surely built for beginners.

Premiere Pro is actually quite easy. Just learn the keyboard shortcuts and you can find lots of ready to edit transitions. Record the audio and adjust video timing.

well i have not tried but i have used After Effects which is similar to Premiere Pro

Apple's Final cut pro and Adobe premiere pro are in the same league. If you know what you are doing, either will do a great professional job.
Final cut pro can only be used on a mac computer, whereas premiere pro can be used on either windows or mac. Ive used both and i find final cut pro a better faster option, easier learning curve than premiere pro. but then im a mac user.
Camtasia, filmora, movavi etc are all on the same lower league compared to the 2 mentioned above. i think filmora might just be a little, just a tad bit better than camtasia and movavi. They are all good for basic average editing.
You should try a few and stick with whichever suits you. I'm a mac user so all those i listed work on mac. I cant say much for windows.
