I have little over $500 to spend on seo tools.

I specially need to do SEO service for my clients to rank high on search engines and show them on reports.

What will be the best SEO tools.

Appreciate if anybody can give me advice.

Some people recommends "SEO Elite" and SEO Powersuite from link-assistant.com.

I suggest getting Scrapebox. It's one of the most powerful tools for SEO!
 
MS & SB are a must have, but you should also consider Raventools. Price vary depending upon the package selected.

Don't buy any tool which can create problem for client's site or don't use it for spamming.

1) Article Marketing Robot ( buy from your own click bank ID)
2) The Best Spinner ( So you can spin articles for submission )
3) Scrapebox (only For harvesting relevant sites in your niche from where you could get manual backlinks)
4) IBP ( for on page optimization and other stuff - get it from download section)
5) SEO Powersuite ( For tracking SERPs, spying competitior, onpage optimization - get it free from download section)
6) Market Samurai ( Keyword research and SEO - get it from download section)

Should be enough for your needs...
