SEO-Optimized, possible Adsense Ready, Widget enabled - commercial or not -, which Theme do you recommend? Really good SEO-optimized is my first priority.
    Any comments?

Thesis and Genesis Framework are known to be quite good.

As far as WordPress goes, there's not a huge difference (in my experience) between SEO optimization between themes. With most of them, you want to rely on plugins for your SEO ... something like all-in-one-seo-pack or other popular tools.

As far as widgets and ads go, I like using themes from Woo Themes, they're easy to customize and they've got some widgets I like a lot. They're commercial, but that never stopped people on this forum before.

Thanks to let me know. How about the Flex Theme and Heathmap Pro Theme? And which one related to the ones mentioned above is better, if so?

For example, I found out with an earlier Heathmap Pro Theme (2.8?) that the Adsense Square blog 250x250 at body, top left, is highly irrelevant but 2 small Adsense text blogs on the right column are exactly almost 100% relevant? It seems that the 250x250 Adsense is being read last...no more relevant ads there to serve?

I pretty much use Thesis exclusively with good results.

I like Thesis, TwentyTen, and Modicus. Usually any theme that loads quick with a couple SEO plugins will do the job.
