What is the best self-hosted autoresponder?

Hey guys, recently I was aweber customer, but for no reason I got banned. Right now I am looking for a good and cheap self-hosted autoresponder, I know everything about warming up IP, getting low bounces, unsubs, spam compl and more, but the thing is I don't even know where to look at, and what to do with that self-hosted autoresponder, I am completely newbie at this, so, can anyone help me with showing what to buy, how to set up and everything.
