What is the best proxy you recommend for tiktok?

someone says it's residential
someone says it's ISP
someone says it's 4G/5G

I'm confused.

I just want to get US proxies and with a good speed when uploading content.

Any suggestions guys?

Residential works well for safety, but if speed and stability matter most for US uploads, premium ISP proxies are the better choice.
 
For TikTok, go with 4G/5G mobile proxies — most reliable and safe. ISP residential can work too if speed is your priority.
 
Use true residential proxies – they look like real home internet. But keep in mind, if you use any proxy or VPN, TikTok will still flag your account, which affects the time you need to spend warming it up.

No one knows the exact priority TikTok uses when flagging different proxy/vpn types.

From an app designer’s perspective, Wi-Fi or cellular is the truest signal of a real user. With that setup, if you get 0 views, you can be sure it’s not because of your network setup but something else.
 
For TikTok, 4G/5G mobile proxies are usually the safest bet since they look the most natural and handle uploads smoothly.
 
Mobile ones are the safest because the platform is designed for mobile traffic and treats those IPs as real users. Residential can work too but tends to get flagged more often. If you’re not multi accounting I’d go with mobile ones, if you’re running multiple threads to reduce costs I’d go with residential IPs, just make sure whichever you’re using that they’re clean.
 
Mobile proxy is still the best for Tiktok because they have mobile carrier IPs, making you look like a real-user.
 
TikTok is really picky with IPs. Datacenter proxies tend to get flagged fast, so if you’re running multiple accounts it’s better to go with mobile proxies. They look more natural to TikTok since they rotate like real user traffic, and my accounts have been lasting longer with them compared to other types.

4G/5G proxies from my experience
 
I built my own 4G/5G proxy system. It cost upfront to buy the hardware, and after that I just pay the carriers for SIM data plans.

Residential proxy works well for most purposes. The speed is quite slow, but it still meets the requirements for posting videos on TikTok
