What is the best programmation language for automation bots?

I work with Ubot, was curious about Zenno, and I want to start programming in C ++ and C# any advice on how to learn quickly to build automated bots ?

Now I'm no expert in this but I've seen that java is very good at repetitive actions and "boting"
 
If you want to develop bots that are multithreaded then go for Phyton and C#
 
zennoposter is great, but I never tried ubot before.
 
i think i see more people going with c#. i've always been a php guy but i'm starting to get into c# a bit
 
What are the best ways to learn C# specifically for bots?
 
I have been told that with python you can do nice bots.

Programmation.... is that even a word. I think it is in french... meaning program if I am not mistaken.
In english, it is called Programming Language.

dammit I have been using it to rank sites all this time and now its useless. This sucks I guess I will stop all my threads of zennoposter posting to web2.0s article directories, doc share sites, and wikis.
What should I do? zennoposter was working great yesterday and this morning!
I guess I will just quit IM and get a day job.

Or are you trying to promote watin? hmmmmmmm
 
I'd say visual basc. However that's the only language I've ever coded so I can't really tell.

Windows powershell. I'm in the process of converting all my old code into powershell cmdlets. Total flexibility.
 
Guys, there is just no "best" language to create bots. I am able to create bots in 5 different languages and every single one of them would be very powerful. It depends on what you want to do. As I mentioned in other threads before - When it's about writing bots for IM, I usually use C# - just because I like it. But it's not better or more powerful, or easier to learn then for example Java.

Except that you would kill some jungles to write one book with all java commands and libs...
