What is the best program for generating comment backlinks?

I'm using ranker x, but it doesn't have a comment function, so I'm looking for another program.
If you know anything, please let me know.

For comments you probably want a modded Xrumer or custom scripts. I reckon everything that Scrapebox or GSA can submit to is already spammed to death.
