Printful has fulfilment centers in multiple countries. They ship from the fulfilment center closest to your customer.
EU orders will be filled and shipped from one of their EU centers. US orders from a US location.

Printful is really expensive from my point of view. Tried a print on demand shop in the UK with really nice merch on my opinion. Invested about 700 pounds in designs and website development and I've got nothing because of the pricing. For a fair profit a T-shirt on my shop was around 25 quid. People ain't buying t-shirts for 25 quid if they've got Primark you know? I'm still struggling from then to find a bulk printing supplier but no results yet.
Printful is the most reliable one of them all, if you are looking for product variety I would go with Gooten.
It really depends on what products you want to sell and where you are selling. Profit margins are good on some products while on others it is very slim.

the question is not about which one is the best. All of them are good in their own ways and have their own customers. There are tools to upload on all those sites simultaneously.

Lots if you search google.
Search "print on demand <product>" and you'll usually find many suppliers of whatever you want to make.
