What is the best pad submitter software?

Hi everyone..

I want to ask regarding my question as the title..

I now am trying the pad submission. can anyone recommend me on software that automate the process..

I have heard of promosoft, but lately, i heard many people say it doesn't work very well.

Can anyone tell me both of free and paid software do u guys use to submit the pad file..

I have limited fund to purchase software and I'm planning to use the trial version first..\

Can't say whats the best because I am looking myself but there is a big list here with shareware and freeware options

The best is certainly GSA Auto SoftSubmit, although it does cost.
