Every niche is the best niche. A you have to do is Follow relevant, Targeted people

Yeah pretty much any niche will get you the same amount if you follow the right people.

Some sports club, pets and animals and ofcourse hot babes will have the best engagement and follower growth.
All niche's can be made to be the best niche, just work hard in your area, and find your target audience. Of course, if your target audience is small, that might not be the best niche to work on. The biggest niche's on instagram tend to come from one of the following (in my opinion / history)
For the most engagement, I'd go with animals, or girls. Humor tends to lack the engagement of other niche's. Fitness is moderate in all areas.
- Fitness (usually motivational)
- Humor (funny posts and such)
- Animals (pets, and such)
- Girls (hot girl accounts)
