From what I've seen, OutBrain and Taboola are pretty good. Haven't done a lot of native myself, but they have some quite impressive case studies.
There are many factors to the success of your ads besides the platform. Take some time and find some good research out there to go on.

content.ad and revcontent were the best for me, but its been a few years so who knows now.
