What is the best multilogin for fb?

I was just wondering this: if i don't need to run multiple account simultaneously would it work using my 4G mobile as hot-spot? When i need to change the profile i simply reload my cellphone or i go to airplane mode and then it should change the ip, am i right with this?

I think linken sphere its the best, but its also expensive. Any multilogin will do the job to be honest
