what is the best method for register on many forums?

i have list of 10k forums and i need to register on them all, coz i have software that post automaticly to vb forums
what is the best method for register on all of this forums? hire someone or buy software
i have no idea about scrapebox ! Is it doing the same purpose? register forums and posting?
