What is the best Keyword tool?

There are several good one. As a authority site builder I use Ultimate Niche Finder, Long Tail Pro and Keyword Scout.

Google Adwords Keyword Tool never fails. There are some alternatives but for me it's the best.
 
nichecracker serves it's purpose. At the end of the day, it becomes user preference.
 
I search keywords using GKT and ubersuggest and check competition using market samurai. That is good enough for me to find profitable low competition keywords

That does the trick as well, again, it usually just boils down to user preference.

Keywordresearcher doesn't analyze the monthly searches. After analyzing using KR, copy & paste them into Google Keyword Tool and you're set.
 
I would say the most basic Google's Keyword Tool :) Stable and reliable.. which particular info do you want to find out? It depends on what you want to get out of keywords..
