What is the best instagram bot

I never had any problems using MassPlanner or Jarvee. Instagress was pretty good also. Ive only used up to 3 accounts at a time tho. Mostly auto liking people who engaged with target accounts and follow/unfollow in the earlier stages.
 
Can Jarvee be used to grow a personal account?
does it also have location targetting?

I see. I never had an account with so many followers to manage. Makes sense to use this type of account once you reach such a large amount of followers. I always thought they were set up for people who needed to gain them fast in the beginning. Your account is locked or worse closed and your left wondering how do people use these things lol.
