what is the best hosting Plan unlimited Domain Based emails + website builder

I got an order from a friend, he said he want to make a 1 page website for his business

but most important he want his domain based email .. for example [email protected]

Which plan suits these requirements?

One page website? Absolutely any shared web hosting provider. HostGator , Namecheap , Bluehost, hostinger

Also check the domain registrar, they sometimes offer free web mail hosting, log into the panel and check, i know mine offers 1 free mailbox and unlimited forwarding or some shit idk

I can make emails from the cpanel right? i don't need google suite or Microsoft for it..

Yes but I need more than 1 mailbox because as i saw 1 mailbox can cost 5$ a month!!

Of course you can. You can configure your email with any email client which support pop3 or imap.. like Thunderbird which is free. Or . You can use the buildin cPanel Webmail which is a poor but "ok" Gmail like

You can make as many mailboxes on Cpanel as you wish - included in the shared hosting

Yes you can but don't abuse shared hosts these days block mailing if abused.

Zoho mail is a great option the free plan allows 5 mail accounts.
I switched to zoho after I had issues with my host mailing.
You can do it in cpanel but shared hosts have started to limit mailing if done in bulk or abused.
