What is the best free project management software?

I use Basecamp because of its simplicity but I'm looking forward for their time tracking integration, hopefully it will be available soon.
Anyway, here are 43 project management tools that I came across. You can choose from the list.

For time tracking, I'd suggest using Time Doctor. I'm using it for almost 2 years now and it's way better than the one I tried before.

I prefer a combination of Trello or Asana.. along with Harvest. It's really nice how harvest integrates into both.
I had used several tools for project and time management. Starting from the basic excel sheet or paper pen method to advanced cloud based project management. But one thing I learned is that you will never get what you expect for free.
I use Google Calender, Replicon project management, Remember the milk, etc for my project, task, expense, invoice and bills management.

I use Replicon project management software for project management that integrates with other apps and softwares as well and gives up the end result with more precision.
