Pligg is the best one I've come across... then again, it's part of the Fantastico-ish installer that Dreamhost has and it works really well, so I haven't really looked at many alternatives..

give it a try and see what you think!

dont worry, i dont think autopligg can pass recaptcha, besides there are many addons to block autopligg on pligg forum
