What is the best email extractor and harvester?

Anyone have a good email extractor that they use to pull emails from forums and websites? Ive seen a few in google searches but not sure which is the best to get? Any opion would be appreciated.

im using Atomic Email Hunter 4.5 portable. its fine for me

Scrapebox is good.
And then a mass-mailing program isn't very hard to find IMO.

Well said. I've got a vmware install of xp for all my blackhat tools. I would NEVER run any on my main system.
