I'd like to know which e-mail providers are good for creating fast and free accounts to register them with Instagram etc.
    And please without phone verification.

    Thank you!

Mail.ru does not ask for phone number.

Maybe gmx? They don't ask for sms confirmation too, but they have strict ip temporary ban. Like 2 accounts per ip.

gmx kills accounts after 6 months of no login. if you are forwarding emails.
    mail.com is good too.

the thing is that you can create the account without phone verification with several ESPs, the problem occurs when you login to the account, maybe not right away, but you'll be asked for phone verification at a later time when you try to login, which practically beats the whole purpose of having non-PVA accs, because you won't be able to access the emails, so you might as well start with PVAs in the first place

microsoft is notorious for disabling accs for no good reason, so don't use outlook/hotmail, at least non-PVAs
i have the best luck with aol lately, i still have my accs i created a year ago or two, i created them in 10 batches daily, that's how many you can create from an ip per day, i haven't lost one account out of those and i have hundreds of them, not a single one asked for phone verify
or maybe try some lesser known providers, but if the provider is an obscure one what nobody uses, it will leave a footprint on the social media site, so you want something which is fairly popular, but didn't up their security game yet or just not that strict generally

Thanks for your replies so far, I understand. Mail.com doesn't seem to work properly. Some accounts got blocked after two days allthough I left no footprints on the accounts and used a seperate proxy for each account. What are serious e-mail providers that I can use on Instagram? I probably buy some PVA then. Russian captchas and blocked accounts are making me sick, lol.

    Yah, You are absolutely right.
AOL.com are stay alive if u create with good/clean proxies. I have many such accnts NON PVAs. But, Now AOL doesn't allow to create NON PVA anymore.. Must required Phone verification. now only AOL PVAs available. but , IP ban issue still same.
In that case, yahoo PVA is better always, bcoz.. if you login through pop3 and ofcourse with US proxies always, then accounts wont be blocked/locked for very long time. :)

So I should get some Yahoo PVA and only connect to them via POP3 and US proxy? IMAP is bad? Because I don't like how POP3 works. Another question: How do I manage about 30 accounts via POP3 each with a seperate proxy? Thanks.

POP3 / IMAP both can use. IMAP not bad.
And, You shouldn't login 30 accounts through 1 proxy. all accounts will die fast. Better, manage good proxies and login all accounts with them. it will be good if you login: 1 proxy = 3 accounts maximum.

    Thanks
