What is the best directory submitter

Hi Guys,

Ok so i want to 'invest' some in a new toy and since i noticed a lot of my competitors in the herbal med scene have good amounts of backlinks from directories submissions i am looking to get a directory submitter myself.

Now, instead of surfing big old G for them and seeing the same salespitch all over again that their product rules i want to ask you guys what the best submitter at this moment is.

I am curious what tools the guys use that offer those submissions etc.

Don't mind for a monthly fee as long it pays off...
