What is the best CPA network?

Which CPA network currently works best with direct links or content blockers? I have traffic from the US that I drive through Instagram Stories. I tried Adsterra, also the chickens. I generated $2.40 with 105 impressions on the chickens. I don't know if this is good or bad. I'm also considering Admaven with a content blocker. I'm somewhat new to the topic. My traffic is organic, so I'm looking for the best network to focus on just one. It's worth noting that I work with adult traffic. Thanks.

The best CPA network depends on your niche, but top options include MaxBounty, ClickDealer, CrakRevenue (for adult/BH), and AdWork Media (for content locking). Test a few to see what works best for your traffic.
 
you can also give a try to Clickadu if you want some consistency. they pay cpm, so revenue streams would be stable, but with cpa networks as CrackRevenue you could get better results if your CR is really good. I can also recommend to split traffic between different networks, so you could do some tests and diversify your revenue
