I would suggest CPA Lead, even though CPA Beyond's owner is here in BHW, I think CPA Lead is a bigger cpa network with more affiliates, and better offers (since it has direct advertisers).

It's rather easy to get accepted by Peerfly and it does not matter what country you are located in. Give it a try, they have an easy registration setup so you should not have any problems getting in the network.
Regarding your question, to see which one performs better you have test it yourself as your traffic is going to be different from others.

For the people who aren't getting in any CPA try AdgateMedia, I found some good reviews of it.
Also it is newbie-friendly.

for beginners i suggest fluxads and maxbounty. cpa lead has good offers.......i am not sure of cpz beyond. best is you go to site like odigger and see who is paying more for same offers......
