"Professional readable articles" is the issue. If you want it to truly look good you have to manually write/re-write. All of the spinners end up mangling the readability so it largely becomes a matter of choice. I agree that WordAI is very good for what it does but honestly SpinRewriter and TBS do fine for the majority of articles needed in a PBN. One "trick" is to make sure the FK is still under 8th grade. I've seen super-spun content skyrocket FK.

For bot, You can use Spin Rewriter, But I suggest that you outsource your contents and find VA's in the Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand or India. It might cost you a little but they'll surely give you quality contents.

The best tool for the buck will be WordAI. The only downside to it is that it's very slow.
