Your failure rate sounds very high. My guess is that you are calculating the success rate yourself and comparing failed captchas to live links which obviously isn't an accurate measurement so you think it is much worse than it is. If it really is as high as you say, speak to DBC and i'm sure they will look into it. I use DBC and get around 90% success rate.
I would limit your attempts to 3 especially with programs where there are high levels of re-captcha as this is Google's own captcha solving software and your IPs are going to get banned. Even if you are using proxies, you'll be getting through them pretty quickly!

I have a huge captcha solving cost per week, so i take this captcha solving issue seriously. Death by captcha used to be good, but now they are charging much more , and have a huge failed %. i have moved to decaptcher and i have lowered my captcha cost in about 20%. Much better service in my opinion

If you please, you can PM me your DBC username to look into this. If needed, I could provide you with CAPTCHAs so I can personally check on your submissions. We have been pretty loaded recently due to festivities in our worker's countries, but your correctness rate should not have been affected.
