What is the best camera under 100 dollars???

Now, i really need a camera which can record video Full HD 1080p while i play game on my iPhone.
P/s: Under $100, Someone told me that " Action Camera SJ4000 " can do it but exactly i don't try it to record, so anyone can tell me other camera's name?

I've heard good things about the Polaroid Cube, but if I were you I'd save up another $100 or so and get one of the Canon Powershots.
