i am actually looking for a bot or script that can automate (messages,content,copy and past content from other channels).

if anyone can give a advice about this.

Most probably it's better to develop such a tool using Python.
There are a lot of examples in the Internet.
 
You will have to create such a tool. If you find it difficult, remember that you can hire a freelancer on this forum by posting in the "Hire a Freelancer" section and your task will be taken well-care of.
