What is the best Best video making site like Biteable.com

My client used biteable for a while but I want to find out if there’s anything better right now.

I need the service to include:

- Defent database for images and videos
- Ability to include your own custom script
- Good AI voiceovers
- Feature to upload directly to YouTube with proxies option (doubt this is possible?)
