Sorry if this has been covered before but my searches weren't turning up much.. so I've tried a lot of the online backlink checkers and also market samurai, they mostly seem to just take the results directly from yahoo, which causes a problem since if you go over the limit (which market samurai seems to do quickly) they ban you for the day and i have proxies but seems they're always already banned too..

also, i want one that shows the PR and if its no follow or not of the links... I think a service that indexes the results from yahoo and then puts this additional info in would be ideal, so you don't have to worry about the bans.. anyone know of anything like this.. thanks

go to the top of your market samurai and in file go to settings then in settings go to proxy settings and check the box that says

Use built-in proxy servers
(Reduces possibility of being temporarily blocked by Google)

this should help or add some of your own proxys

oh ok thanks, didn't realize that since i just started using it... ms doesn't have a way to check the backlinks' pr and no follow does it? i looked around in the software for a while and didn't see this

I think I understood your last question.

It has anchor text and the pr of links in the seo part if you hit the small arrow next the url you will see anchor text analysis and pr analysis.

But it does not have the no fallow part.

SEO SpyGlass
i don't see it mentioned often
I use it and like it better than Market Samurai

it collects your links locally so you can see not only when you adding new links, but also loosing. For each link it gives you bunch of info - follow/no, page/domain pr, number of links external/internal and many more and even calculate link value using some internal algorithm, very useful when you study somebody's links you can quickly see most important

I think people who are trying to use cracked versions will have trouble with this.

I just add my site to Google Webmaster Tools and let Google do all the work. When it finds a new backlink, it will add it along with the anchor text. Unfortunately, it doesn't show what PR the page is... but if Google sees it as a backlink, does it matter?

I used iwebtool and backlinkwatch both to see the other websites' back links. But I realized that most times iwebtool backlink checker doesn't work.
To get 1000 links quickly backlinkwatch is better............:welcome:
