for general ai platform, chatgpt is absolutely my top 1;
for ai chat/ roleplay platform, crushonai, janitorai are the best.

depends on what you want — character ai is popular for roleplay, janitor ai is more open, and some people use unofficial gpt frontends with fewer filters. none are perfect, so it’s more about testing and seeing which vibe
