Don't use is. My personal opinion
1. No any benefit
2. very buggy

Use The Seo Framework instead. It's free, less bloated, and equally functional. But if you really want to use it, ask @Festinger.

what is the Seo Framework benefit vs yoast regular?

IMO yoast regular have all that I need for seo
