Can someone make order about the importance of backlinking?



1. edu and gov blog backlinks
2. edu and gov profile

and etc?

There's way more types of backlinks than just Edu/Gov backlinks but they are good authority links.
Profile links are not very good anymore.
Basically if you can get good contextual links ( Links that use your keyword as a live link to your site ) on high PR websites that is one of the best types backlinks you can get.
You must diversify as many different types of backlinks as you can.
