It must be some kind of a glitch. You should contact clickbank.com support. They do not have the must rapid support in the world, but they will eventually look into your concerns.
I have never been scammed by clickbank.com and I have never gotten proof from anyone else that they scam. So, again, you best course of action is to contact their support.
