few days ago I purchased an E-M-D.com for a keywords that gets:

Exact searches: 40,500
Broad searches: 74,000
App CPC: ~$5
also there is alot of clickbank products available with average of $25 commission

If I manage to get the site to top10/top 5 and sell it? how much should I ask for?
