Hi...i'm runnning some software as IBP and trafic travis to check the ranking for my website ....but i don't find them efficient at all...in your opnion what is the best freeware tool to check it? (i need to run it really deep...1000 checks per search enigine)

I personally like a tool called "Raven Tools". Just google them. They basically aggregate their data from semrush, but you get way more with them in my opinion. You can generate nice pretty and professional reports for your clients and you can export to excel as well. Best of all you get to use them free for 30 days. Hope this helps.
