Hi, After a long time I was repeatedly blocked by Instagram after 15-20 Comments .. I see everyone here writes that they use in spintax ..
Unfortunately I can not Understand what it spintax, is there anyone here who can help me generous with it?

The term spintax is a contraction of "spinning syntax". Spintax is the format (or syntax) that is used by various software spinners and article submission sites that create or use spun articles.

here's an example:
