I found couple of great expired domains. Do you think it is okay to buy it from the same seller (I mean godaddy and etc)? Could I be caught somehow by Google creating own PBNs? Is it possible for Google somehow to get my name/email/phone or anything else that would indicate that the domains is owned by the same person?

if you're going to use the same email address, credit card, IP, etc they will know. Besides, google knows more about us than our own parents do, so if you think you're going to fool this big mafia company you're in for a surprise...

But when it comes to setting up PBNs there are things you can do to stay under the radar:

There is nothing wrong with buying multiple expired domains from the same seller, but you should be careful if you want to use them to build a PBN. Google is very careful about this kind of operation. If these domains were previously owned by the same PBN or used for spam backlinks, they will be easily flagged and affect your website ranking. It is best to register with different information, do not use the same email address or phone number, and set up separate hosting. In addition, check the domain name history before buying, and avoid those with a bad history.

Nah, Google won’t get your info if you use WHOIS privacy protection, just don’t leave a footprint with how you link the sites or it’ll raise red flags
