A copy of something (as a book) sent to critics in order for them to give their opinion about its quality, and you receive it for free in exchange for the review. You must review the copy afterwords.
in the context of this forum, it just means a copy of the service is being provided at a significant discount (or even free) in exchange for a written review of the service.

Yes because most take don’t review it, seller goes mad chasing for reviews, I see, study, post my review, where possible leave tips for the seller to improve
