That article is not clear on what proxy flipping is used in software development

I think the flipping part refers to pumping up a proxy site and then selling it to a noob. Like flipping burgers in mass when you work at a fast food place except you mass produce proxy websites and then sell them lol. So basically proxy flipping is selling other people your turnkey proxy site all set up with adsense and all.

I donno if this is quite that profitable any more, it's so 2004 tbh.
