Most of the time new account get ban when its run ads. Old account is the best.
Thanks all Guys i try to make new account added my own cc But it get ban without ruining any ad maybe bcoz i m form india i send them my id proof But they say they can not unban it so i need cheap account or anyone can run my ad on there account ? i just need to do 1 test i need only 20$ ad budget to test it. i can pay 25$ from my pp

Buddy, you are too new in this biz. First research more on how FB ads work. Your question is not legit.
If you need $20 to test FB ads, then it's not enough for testing purpose. You need to have at least $500 to get some output.

Sorry for the n00b query, but what does buying a FB ad account helps you with? is it the high daily spend that helps paying less for ads? I'm wondering, because I have a buddy who's responsible for the social advertising in a big time advertising company (they make huge street ads etc'). I can only reckon, he might pay less than me for promoting pages because of his combined daily spend...
