I've had reports from sellers who still show PR as part of their report

Google hasn't updated PR (PageRank) since December 2013, so anybody selling or suggesting PR9 backlink to you can't be taken very seriously. Even if you found such sites, it means their PR9 is from 2013, which means the real value now could be PR0...
