Ok i want to know what is powerful backlink that will surely improve my rankings?

In terms of metrics?
Is it DA, TF. I made some experiments and my rankings doesnt improve at all.

I think as high as possible for both DA and TF? Also depends on the homepage or webpage that you are putting the links on.

powerful backlink is any backlink that can push your rank higher.

but sometime i just curios is footer/sidebar backlink works nowaday? i'm trying to rank certain keyword using sidebar/footer.

But if you want a straight answer:

Moz metrics are useless garbage, so there's no straight answer to give for that one
Backlinks from pages (not domains, pages) with a TF of 30+ can generally be considered quite strong. Generally.

Edit: I changed that TF value several times, by the way. Originally 20 then 10 now 30. That should give some context as to how difficult/pointless it is to give any kind of straight answer to this question.

Niche relevant and high authority (which means other good backlinks pointing at it). This is golden and can help you but then it's quite a trouble to find suck links. Also metrics aren't that good. PA, DA, TC, CF etc. are just concepts used to replace pagerank. The links should help you rank or atleast drive a lot of traffic to your link.
