It's someone who manages the onlyfans account(s), social media, finances, traffic, marketing, paperwork, taxes, accounting, legal, visa anything and everything except for content. Models only produces the content. It could be a person or an agency.

The real ones work 12 hours a day on each model and invest a lot of money into their models, not every manager is 18 years old who bought course from udemy.

That's not an OnlyFans manager anymore, but an entrepreneur hiring / taking care of models usually at a commission / split (almost wrote a derogatory term but edited
).Seriously, there's a big difference between a manager and a freelancer and an entrepreneur. Those are completely different mindsets.

Im brand new to it but it mostly has to do with taking time consuming activities and marketing out of models hands so they can prioritize content creation, think social posts, chatting etc.
