What is offline CPA?

I am new to this section and want to know that; What is offline CPA?

I'm not 100% sure, but it sounds like someone that' doing lead gen for offline companies. Such as selling roofing leads to a roofer or teeth whitening leads to a cosmetic dentist.

I could be wrong though.

One example of offline cpa is doing a traditional post office mailing to a number of people. This is still very effective because very few people do it anymore. You just have to know where to get the addresses and how to determine which people to mail an offer to. It does still work and you can buy the addresses but they are not cheap. Think about 10G for a specific band of people broken out by credit score.

Basically its the same as regular CPA, the difference is instead of finding leads (people) online and sending them to your offer, you will use "offline" methods to find offline leads to send to your CPA offers.
For example:

Go to a club/gym and hand out flyers with your free dating or weight loss CPA offers on it, they will go home and go to the website on the flyer to find out more, if they complete the offer BOOM money in the bank.

i think it simple means.,sharing it to your friends and hand out flyers.,post a banner elsewhere
