What is need to take note for best website?

Hi Friends,
I am going to revamp my current website, We going to to online service provider for our smart home system. Friend, can advice me what are the things that I need to take note and request at the webdeveloper to get a perfect page. Beside, add the google analytics, FB pixel, Cookies, what else I need to be consider to complete a perfect website. (this is my current website http://www.hsa.com.my)

Please help me friends, I am not from website knowledged person. So hope I can get help from you guys!.

you should inform your web-developer, you need ideal SEO-site. find a master which have experience in SEO and promotion!
then Inform your web-developer that you will check his work by other SEO-masters and his revenue will depends on quality of his work.
