Hello Guys,

Im thinking of flipping my website in 3months time.....statistics of the site below

Domain : 6yrs Old

Income : $300 - per month around $700 per month during winter period

visitors : 5000 unique visitors per month

Any ideas of where i should sell it or do you have any suggestions based on the info Ive given you

5k-10k. Since the domains is pretty old, the price will be boosted. Also the monthly income x10 is the flippa basic sales tactics. You will get more than 5k for sure.

Well I heard you can get a years worth of revenue when going to sell a website. it would look better if your selling two months after you get 700 a month, so 700*12=$8400? but 300*12=3600 so maby 5-6K guessing?

Thanks a lot guys...I forgot to mention the page rank on the site is 5.....I left the sites for a while becos I did not want quick money...so what I did was to buy 10 of them in different niches....since Im earning a lot of money from it in the last 3yrs to pay the mortgage...Im getting tired becos I work on it 5 - 8hrs a day...Canyou beleive I also have 2 part time staff on it....Uni students in computer scince dept looking part time job...they get a little bit of income from me till they graduate....

If you guys says I can sell for 5 - 10k.....nice I may sell in 3months time....but the wife must not know becos she may want to get a cut $$

Why don't you monitize it on a larger scale..

Catch email leads and provide some value.. You will probably be able to retain some more customers..
I personally think that flipping a PR5 website with $700 in monthly income is kinda "quick-fix"...

It's a valuable resource.. use it..

if your site's earning 300 a month I think it's worth 10-15 times for your monthly earning which is about 3-4.5k

Based on Traffic, I'd say around 7k max if you're selling to end users, but you also have to look at your domain if its a good domain with good keywords.

Hire a ~50 year old well-spoken business man and put him in a $3,000 rented suit. Coach him on the good points and details of your site, make him convince you to buy your own site, and buy him flights to your main competitors' offices. Let him sell it to them and play the bidders against each other. Hire someone with auction experience to talk to the bidders that call.
